Each piece of commissioned memorial jewellery is unique. We do not offer returns or refunds for our shade-matching service. Each colour is mixed by hand, meaning every piece is slightly different. We do not offer returns or refunds for air bubbles - this is often unavoidable. Especially when using porous materials like flowers or fabric. 
You may request to change your order up to 24 hours after purchase. But we cannot guarantee after 24 hours that your order can be amended. Each piece is made to order, and the making process started before your inclusions arrive with us. This allows us to give you a waiting time of 1-2 weeks rather than 6-8
