It doesn't matter if it is less or more. Any unused hair will be returned to you.

How will my piece look?

Each piece of memorial jewellery is completely unique. No two flowers, strands of hair, or ashes are the same. Your colour is also uniquely mixed. Colours which are matched to photos will be matched as closely as possible to the photo itself, this can slightly differ on screen versus in real life.

How long will my memorial jewellery last?

If the care guidelines are followed your memorial jewellery will last for many years.

Your keepsake jewellery is made from resin which need to be looked after in a certain way:

Do not submerge your memorial pieces in water or shower with your jewellery on, as they are water resistant but not waterproof.

Water will damage your keepsake over time.

Prolonged exposure to sunlight may discolour any clear resin in your jewellery. To avoid this, please do not store your jewellery exposed to sunlight.

Avoid sun beds too.

Please do not expose your memorial jewellery to chemicals like cleaning products, nail varnish remover, perfume and some lotions.

Do not expose your keepsake to high temperatures.

Try to avoid hard knocks as some pieces have a thin layer of resin as a top coat.

Use a soft cloth to clean your jewellery, silver polish can be used on sterling silver 925 jewellery- but only on the metal parts.
