Contact, Care and How it Works
Getting your inclusions to us, how much to send, and how to look after your jewellery
Each piece of jewellery only requires a small amount of what you would like inside - we recommend sending:
1 Quarter of a teaspoon of precious ashes
3-20 strands of hair roughly an inch in length
2 rose petals or the equivalent in flower petals (please do not send whole flowers, only petals/leaves). Buds decompose quicker and the moisture may spoil your flowers in transit
Each order will receive a Print at home Postage Label. This will arrive in your inbox within a few hours of purchasing- unless your order is placed out of office hours, which will be sent the following morning.
We recommend sending your inclusions in a normal paper envelope- for hair and ashes - it is best to pop these in a small plastic bag or pouch inside of the paper envelope.
If you upgrade to a postage kit at checkout, this will arrive with you in 2-3 days from purchase- this has everything you need inside to send your inclusions straight from your local post box.
Place your flower petals flat between a piece of tissue paper and inside of a paper envelope.
Your postage label or kit will be for 48 hour tracked postage, large letter size up to 200g unless upgraded.
Your envelope must be under 1 inch thick or it may be delayed
You will receive an email or message when your envelope arrives with us- this can also be tracked using the code ending in “GB”
Your Jewellery can be made in any colour imaginable - we have a small choice on the listings but do message or leave a note with your colour request ❤️
Do not hesitate to get in contact if you have any questions or queries
Your Jewellery will take 1-2 weeks to make- and will be sent to you via Tracked Royal Mail postage. It will be sent in letterbox friendly packaging - so no need to wait in for a signature.
Resin jewellery is a great affordable alternative to precious metal and glass
Returns
When requesting colour matching, please note that photos on screens can show different quality images. This can lead to minor shade discrepancies between pieces. Each colour is individually mixed by eye so no two will ever be the same. Darker cremations can alter the colour also - something completely unique to each ring.
We cannot offer refunds for minor shade discrepancies on real life jewellery compared to photos on a screen.
We cannot offer refunds for the wrong size purchased of jewellery- these pieces are handmade to order and cannot be resized, please make sure you are happy with your size when purchasing.
We do sell ring sizers on our store which can be purchased prior to placing your order.
