Contact, Care and How it Works

Each piece of jewellery only requires a small amount any that don’t go into your jewellery will be  returned - we recommend sending: 

1 Quarter of a teaspoon of precious ashes 

3-20 strands of hair roughly an inch in length 

2 rose petals or the equivalent in flower petals (please do not send whole flowers, only petals/leaves). Buds decompose quicker and the moisture may spoil your flowers in transit

Each order will receive a Postage kit or print at home label 💌 This will have your order details, Pouch and Tracked Royal Mail Label. (Arrives within 5 days)

If you would like the FREE print at home version, this can be printed at home or at the post office with a barcode sent to your email. (Sent to your inbox within 24 hours) of ordering 

We recommend sending your Ashes or Hair in a small plastic pouch or envelope if self posting. 

For Flowers: Place your flower petals flat between a piece of tissue paper and inside of a paper envelope. (This is provided in a postage kit) 

Your postage label or kit will be for 48 hour tracked postage, large letter size  up to 200g

You will receive an email or message when your envelope arrives with us- it’s fully tracked for peace of mind. 

Your Jewellery can be made in any colour imaginable - we have a small choice on the listings and gallery, but do message or leave a note with your colour request ❤️Or send a photo of your favourite colour and I will match as closely as possible.

We also sell ring sizers- when ordering a ring with a ring sizer- a postage kit will be sent out for free 

Your Jewellery will take 2-3 weeks to make- and will be sent to you via Tracked Royal Mail postage. It will be sent in  letterbox friendly packaging - so no need to wait in for a signature.
