Refund policy

If your jewellery arrives damaged or broken, we offer full returns for your jewellery to be replaced or fixed within 30 days. 
If you need to change your ring size after ordering- please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) - as ring sizes can’t be amended beyond 24 hours after payment. This helps to avoid delays in your jewellery. As we do not hold much stock, and each ring is made to order.
